erm, i feel kind of uncomfortable asking this but my friend who just had her baby was talking about nipples and it got me looking at mine.. i noticed some white-ish bits on them.. WHAT IS THAT?

Its normal, thats actually dried up colostrum. Probably later you'll start to leak actual fluid. Just another joy of pregnancy

and i have posted before about the nipples being cracked too..i noticed that after showering. eeeeeew

Yeah I have that too and I'm not fond of it at all, epscially since it can be difficult to get out at times.

When does the leaking start? Don't want to be surprised sitting on the tube lol
