I'm Currently Feeling: | Have you tried pre-natal pills?? I dont know if they have them where you are from, but I haven't had any problems, and they have all the folic acid you need, plus other essentials. Talk to your doctor though. They should be able to help you out. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I could never keep down my prenatal vitamins between 5-10 weeks because they would make my morning sickness worse. It's not uncommon for your body to get sick from your vitamins in your first trimester. Hope your feeling better! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Don't worry about it hun, there are many people who have this problem! You could always take a pre-natal pill containing folic acid (which you may have more luck with) or........You can get folic acid in things like Dark green, leafy vegetables Whole wheat bread Lightly cooked beans and peas seeds Sprouts Oranges and grapefruits Liver and other organ meats Poultry Fortified breakfast cereals and enriched grain products so just do your best to include some of these in your diet! |

| Don't worry if you're not able to take them. Due to finding out about my pregnancy so late, I haven't taken them at all. I had been eating really healthily though, and that's the most important thing. Like Tam said, there are lots of other ways of getting folic acid into your diet. |
