Just wondering who else is going to be a July '08 mommy? Congrats to you all! I'm due July 11th!

Hiya, I am new to this today! Not really sure what im doing :-) but just saw July 08 and it touched a nerve!!!! i found out i was pregnant on friday last week and i think baby is due on independence day!4th july. im only 4/5 weeks pregnant and have a first appointment with midwife on 22nd november - so very scared. we conceived on our wedding night! damn quick. so excited though but all a bit sureal at the moment. looks like we are quite similar with dates. how u feeling? i should be working right now but im obsessed already - cant stop looking on the net and reading everyones thoughts, questions, worries etc etc......its sooooo exciting!!! mornign sickness is quite bad.........4 days last week and all weekedn plus today!!!!xx

oh my goodness - wow, its great to be able to chat on here. i havent told hardly anyone and non of my friends are pregnant or have kids so theres no-one really to chat to about all the little worries etc......how ru feeling so early on? ive got bad sickness and constantly need to pee - all the time!!!! whens ur first scan? ive got an appointment with the midwife when ill be 7 weeks so in a couple of weeks time.wont seem real until i hear/see the little thing!! xx

Hi UptonGirl! I've only told my hubby and best friend (who is also expecting) I'm saving the news for the parents until Christmas (if I can wait that long) That will be the end of my 1st trimester.
I'm also using a midwife, things are a little different here in Canada though. The midwifery clinic has a group information session next monday, then you don't meet with your midwife until 12 weeks! I'm thinking I may see my family doctor before then just to make sure all is going well. 12 weeks seems like a long time to wait for a first visit.
I'm looking forward to sharing all the stories with you! congratulations on your little one!

Hi all...Congrads on your preggers'!! I'm also due during the first week of July (by my own calculations). It's kinda hard to believe that I'm pregnant...as I don't have many symptoms yet. I've taken like 3 preg tests to confirm (as well as the doctors confirmation test).

Uptongirl...WOW!! On your wedding night!!! Congrads!!LOL! I'm so glad that you have a partner to support/share this experience. You must be so excited! Oh, and that's too bad about the morning sickness already...;( I totally get the obsessed thing' I can't stop reading about being pregnant or looking online...and if I'm not doing that I'm thinking about the future with my baby!! I'm obsessed too...LOL!

CHERLY> Congrads!! Glad to hear that your due in the same month! So you must also be around 4 or 5 wks also? Were you tying to conceive? Are you with the father currently? I'm not so I was hoping to meet some single moms on here...but I hope that you are?!

ZOEMUM> Thanks for the info...I've looked up the site and now love it..it's amazing!! Congrads on your pregnancy also. I am waiting to tell the family too...except my sister-she's the one that knows! I think I will tell them at Christmas as well...I can't hide the fact that I'm not drinking from them over the holidays and hopefully the father will know if he wants to be a part of this by then.

Ok, so as for the symptoms....

1.I HAVE TO PEE ALL THE TIME.... It's seriously not even funny...I get up usually 3 time during the night...and the most annoying thing is that I don't even pee out alot when I go...has my bladder shrunk or something?

2.POSITIVE PREG TEST...well 3 positives...I even kept the last one so I can have proof....TWO LINES = BABY

3.TIRED....I sleep a lot but I work bothe days and nights at the hospital so I'm always tired from switching shifts?!

4.NO PERIOD--YEAH!!! Now this is a symptom that I can get use too...Am I right ladies??LOL!

5.I believe I have had morning sickness a few times---but it was in the evening...if that even works? I felt awful---dizzy and light headed....like I could throw up at any min.

But that's it....I am looking forward to the first doc visit...not sure if they will do an ultrasound then or not but I hope so...then I will believe it.!LOL!

How about you guys? Which symptoms do you have?

Hi everyone - got to be quick cos im at work! :-) just wanted to say i had morning sickness again today which im trying to smile about because i know why ive got it.....im constantly peeing too.......got into work and my boss said "you need the toilet AGAIN???" its going to be hard to cover this up for another few weeks. anyway......ZoeMum - thankyou thankyou thankyou!!!! that pregnancy timeline is absolutely amazing...........it kind of brings it home that even though its the size of a grain of rice its still a baby, a living thing with a heartbeat the size of a poppeyseed!!!!!wow! speak v soon........cant wait......xxxx

i have felt really sick, I havn't been sick but i feel really sick. My boobs are really sore and they have started going hard lol. Heartburn, constipated, dizzy, peeing all the time,Tired all the time, you name it i have it lol.
I am still with dad, I was a single mum with my first untill she was 11 months and then i met my bf, my little girl is 7 years old now, then we had a little boy he is 5years old now. We planned this pregnancy we had been trying for 6 months.
I am 4 weeks and 5 days pregnant. I did about 20 pregnancy tests all positive and yes i love not having a period lol.
Congratulations to you too, I hope you have a happy and healthy 9 months.
