I'm Currently Feeling: | Heaving lifting. I've been working lots over the weekend. I work for a hotel and was carrying heavy boxes of glasses and stuff. I found it really hurt my stomach and back. I guess this is because of my hormones relaxing my ligaments but is there really any danger to the baby from heavy lifting? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I was always told that there wasn't any real danger, but it's just not advised in late pregnancy due to danger of overbalancing.
I may be wrong though, so if anyone knows any more........ |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Depends on your body. If you think you can handle it then don't worry |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I'm a firefighter and I'm not allowed to gear up or even lift an SCBA (weighs about 10 pounds) to put it on. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | We moved house when I'd just found out I was PG although most of the work was taken off my hands I still did things.
Moved 2 weeks ago as well and well tbh I'm exhausted and have been getting things moved around slowly but YOU feel your limits and if it gets to 'too much' you must stop. Do what your comfortable with ... 100% comfortable x |

I'm Currently Feeling: | It is all about being sensible, if you are doing something that makes you uncomfortable or hurts, then stop and don't do it as it is your body's way of telling you that it is too much for you! |
