Is my baby smiling at me in my scan pic?!

I really don't know if I'm being ridiculous, I'm only being HALF serious anyway....

but when I went for my scan yesterday, at 13 weeks, I got the picture and it actually REALLY looks like it has a face and it's smiling?! Is this possible?? It also looks like it has a big nose??!!

I was able to see my kids faces at u/s...I think its very possible you could see the mouth at that time

At 13 weeks the can already frown, squint, frown, grimace, etc...so it could be possible

Wow ok, thanks guys. Thing is he also looks like he has a big nose, which can't be right because all babies are born with little squiged up noses and the one n the scan pic looks long and pointy! What am I growing in there? hahahaha

HAHAHA! No no! It was definately coming out of the middle of his head! I'll try to scan the picture in to show you guys at some point, it looks like he has a big smile on his face and a big pointy nose!

i remember when i had my 20 week scan with Kian, the pic was of him lying down and u could see his profile, and i said to OH look at his nose, it was so pointy and big i thought my god hes got his dads nose

but when he was born he had a tiny sweet button nose, and still does

Oh thank god for that! Of course I'd love my baby no matter what he looked like but can you imagine if he came out with a huge massive long pointy nose?!

breastfeeding would be a bit hard wouldn't it?!
