I'm Currently Feeling: | I may be posting too many threads.. but I seem to have alot of questions lol. What's normal with morning sickness? I've had it on and off but today it's been so bad. The only things I have managed to keep down are a bowl of Special K and half a banana. I couldn't even keep down a vitamin tablet. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ask away, if you have questions then post them
Normal morning sickness can be different for each woman.
If you are constantly being sick and not even keeping water down then you need to see a doctor as youll become dehydrated. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The only time I couldn't keep the water down was when the tablet hit the back of my throat. If it's this bad tomorrow I think I'm going to have to ring a doctor Monday. They're going to think I'm so paranoid, I've been there so many times.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Ive had days on and off so, but its slowly getting better now, The only thing is, is that Im now panicing that theres something because Im not feeling as sick! Im a bit paranoid like that.
My doctor told me when I raised my concerns that the pregnancy looks after itself, and you're pretty much just 'topping up your levels', so to speak. Its probably worth bringing up incase it gets worse and you end up dehydrated.
Hope you feel better soon, it really is awful, isnt it? Its like a constant hangover! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah the sickness is on and off and always has been. My symtoms are calming down ALOT though. My boobs don't constantly hurt anymore, it's more of a now and then thing but when they do hurt I just take it as a sign that everythings okay in there ! Positive thinkinggg.. Can't hurt I suppose lol. Defo gonna see a doctor if this servere sickness continues though.

I'm Currently Feeling: | If you can keep down any food at all then you are doing ok. There is cause for concern when you can not keep down food for a day or more as it may be signs that you have hyperemesis (which I had/have). If you find that you have not been able to keep down food for a day or more, meaning not even water, then call your midwife asap as you can become dehydrated.
If that is not the case then there is not much cause for concern as morning sickness is normal and people suffer form it in different degrees.
Try eating dry toast/crackers and food with ginger ot help ease it.
Hope you feel better soon! |
