True? Because I would describe the pains I'm getting in my lower abdomen as servere but they don't worry me all that much? I've been getting them since about 4weeks and I'm 9weeks now. I've had 3 scans and everything has been okay. Slight bleeding but nothing major. I still feel that everything will be okay. Should I ignore it and just hope for the best?

Cramps & pains are normal ... I had lotsssss and bled like you as you know from other post.

Servere to me is pain that makes you curl in a ball in tears. Your u/s appointments are positive though so just make sure you rest up and don't over do it.

I had cramps in my first few weeks and sometimes they were quite bad but they didn't bother me either because I just sort of knew they were nothing to worry about. I've also had two scans and they've both been fine.
