Oh sweetie I haven't but because you lil man arrived early it doesn't mean bubs #2 will.

I'm sure you will get a consultant through your whole pregnancy - Have you let them know yet? If you have or haven't you should speak of your concerns quickly and tell then you want to speak to someone as soon as not later on in pregnancy.

I have booked an appointment at the doctors but they couldn't fit me in until tuesday, I will talk to her about it then.
I am just so worried that this one will be. I have a daughter who is 7 years old and i went full term with her, but then my son was premature, I hope this one isn't.

My son was 5 weeks early and now im pregnant again and thinking the same thing as you.

I seen the midwife the other day and told her about Nathan being 5 weeks early and she wrote it down but didn't say anything else about it so im not sure if she's concerned or if more will be mentioned about it later on. I didn't think to ask at the time either

I think i read ages ago that there is a 20% chance of the next one being premature but i can't remember where i saw it.
I just couldn't go through that again, he was 4lb 3 oz when he was born he was so tiny. His problems he is having now with his ears the doctor thinks it was because he was born early and his ears weren't developed properly
I hope your pregnancy goes well for you Rachel

Aww hon

I know what your going through. I'm worrying about this baby coming early too. I went into labor with my son at 33 weeks (almost 34). I mentioned it to my doctor and they have me down for a possible C-Section for later on (had trouble pushing him out). I'll also be getting another U/S at around 28-30 weeks to check if my cervix is getting shorter. I'm sure they'll take precautions with you just in case it happens, but it doesn't mean it will. I have my fingers crossed that you go all the way and the baby is right on time. I'm sure everything will be alright.
