stress and lack of energy during 1st tri

today i woke up shaking with hunger and tiredness, im still shaking now and ive already thrown up 3 times.

yesterday i ate a plate of beans on toast but threw up during and after eating it. ive been drinking water but i just know im not getting enough nutrients.

i fell asleep at 8.30 but then rhys had diorrea nappy at 9.30 and i had to change his bedding and give him a bath so i didnt get to sleep until 11 after that.

i just dont know what to do, what can i drink that will give me more energy? im seriously seriously gonna cry today

Ive been like that today. The only thing that I think has got me through is being at work and trying to go on as normally as possible, but everyone is different I guess. Try and keep yourself busy and keep your mind off it Stress does no one any good!

Hope you feel better soon!

Sorry, I never drank lucozade, so I didn't know it had caffeine.

im not preganant ...well i might be lol! but i vomit when im stressed and when im really bad i find salted popcorn or crackers helps. i don know if you can use these when your pregnant but theres sachets you can by in the chmist that you put into water to help rehydrate you some kind of salts..that might help...if you can take them when preggers! As for the stress...i try and watch tv because its the only thnig that takes my mind off problems...or a bath...or treat yourself to something! hope u feel better soon!
