I have the worst pain in my neck. I woke up and I cannot move it to the right side or down because the pain is so bad. Any wonderful drugs out there that may help me and not affect the little one!

I believe tylenol is ok to take, although i'm to afraid to take anything right now! I hope you feel better soon!

You can take Parecetomol during pregnancy. You can take up to 4g per day, which is four doses of two 500mg tablets, evenly spaced through the day and night.

My Doc told me 2 regular tylenol or 1 extra strength is fine

Thank you very much ladies! I must have pulled something in my sleep. Day two and the pain still has not went away. I can move it a little more then yesterday though. Backing out of my parking port today was a challenge.
