constipation

hello is any other mummies out there getting terrible constipation. im so bloated and gasy and im sturggling to go to the toliet and getting cramps and back pain with it. its driving me nuts.

It goes away. I posted the exact same question. It's definitely normal!

Definitely normal hun, try increasing the fibre in your diet or drinking more water. Not too much you can do, I think everyone goes through this at some point. Hope it starts to ease soon for you!

It was the first thing to hit me. I find that eating a bowl of raisin bran a day helps along with lots of water. I also have been taking a probioitic pill and it has really helped with the gas.

Same here, it's horrible isn't it? I read that it's normal due to the extra hormones being in your body.

omg me too ... i am nearly 7 weeks and have had the exact same symptoms... been sooooooo tired its so hard cos i havent told them at work and im a hairdresser so i work hard
