Hey!! Im glad to meet someone experiencing the same problem as me, although im sorry your goin through it, it's horrible.
I tend to get it at night and just before i go to bed, it sometimes keeps me awake.
I bought some peppermint tea recently and now drink this a couple of times a day and it really works.

I've been the same almost from the start of my pregnancy. It's been TERRIBLE!! I hardly ever had gas before but now I can't even really control it and it gets quite painful.

Milk of magnesia says on the back that it's meant to help but it makes no difference to me.

yup.... me and DH have competitions in bed... how's that for 'comfortable in the relationship'.

My OH is happy to let rip infront of me all the time. He's very comfortable about everything though. I'm not quite the same but I'm having to learn to relax about it a little now because it happens so often, I can't keep leaving the room every 5 mins.

Well ladies, four months on I can say it does get better. I am still a bit gassy, but not like I was when I posted this thread.
