morning sickness


anyone got any ideas how to deal with morning sickness i feel really nausea but not actuallly being sick i feel rotten any ideas please let me know spunky xx

A rich tea biscuit before you get out of bed.

Worked for me and it was a midwife who mentioned it to me. has to be plain biscuit though not chocolate

peppermint tea, just dont let the tea stew for too long, i leave the bag in for maybe a min at the most

I'm Currently Feeling: 


Anything with ginger in is good, but..........

if you are feelking nauseas and not being sick, it is recommended you eat regularly so instead of having 3 meals a day, have 5 or 6 smaller eats at closer intervals......also top up with things like pasta, rice and potatoes as this should help, just don't over eat, keep your belly going rather than overloading it, it could help no end babe.......

Also as I said before, anything with ginger in it is good too, ginger beer, ginger tea, ginger cake, ginger nuts etc..

now im actually being sick every morning within the first hour of waking and might be sick during the day but its doing my head in now lol
