I'm Currently Feeling: | A rich tea biscuit before you get out of bed.

I'm Currently Feeling: | Anything with ginger in is good, but..........
if you are feelking nauseas and not being sick, it is recommended you eat regularly so instead of having 3 meals a day, have 5 or 6 smaller eats at closer intervals......also top up with things like pasta, rice and potatoes as this should help, just don't over eat, keep your belly going rather than overloading it, it could help no end babe.......
Also as I said before, anything with ginger in it is good too, ginger beer, ginger tea, ginger cake, ginger nuts etc..
Hope you feel better soon babe xx |
