Raised temperature

I've not been feeling well with all the sickness and faint/dizzy spells and now my temp is on the up. was just over 37 and is now 37.5 thats a 0.5 rise in an hour. I feel boiling.

Is this normal? Im feeling crap to be honest and worried

Hmm well I did the Celsius-Fahrenheit conversion and it is a little high, but I don't think anything to seriously worry about. What I have heard is as long as your body doesn't stay above 102 (about 39 celsius) for a period of time, that's why you aren't supposed to get in hot tubs and stuff.

I had a pretty bad fever for a couple days last week, I just came down with a cold or something. It was consistently 99-101 (about 37-38.5) for 2 days but then came down. I haven't experienced any negative pregnancy side effects from it. I did end up taking some Tylenol though to bring it down, which my doctor said was okay.

It is a little high hun. Go and have a cool-ish shower, a cool drink, and then get a cold flannel to your forehead to see if that eases it. Sounds like you just have a little bug or something that is making you feel poo, but if you continue to feel horrible, I would get in touch with a healthcare professional for some guidance and reassurance xx
