Pregnancy - First Trimester

hello ladies i havent posted here very much but i think im loosing my mind and could use some input/advice!

some background first i have had 3 mc's in the past yr all bw and testing came back normal on babies me and df.

i am pg again 7 wks from lmp but i believe i ovulated late. i have been getting hcg bw done and i have to say its driving me nuts. heres whats been goin on with that.

first ones 30 prob around 13 dpo
42 hrs later 51
48 hrs later 156 woohoo
6 days later 656 these doubled every 72hrs
72 hrs later 777
48 hrs later 791
48 hrs later 1014

ok so im a bit confused since they were barely going up then started to go up much more than they were. what could be going on here?

i then told the dr i wont do anything till i can see for myself i am mcing ( like no baby no hb etc )
so she sent me for u/s told me they prob cant see anything whatsoever with numbers that low. its been 48 hrs since the last bw was done the tech tells me she doubts we can see anything until at least numbers around 2000.

she does the u/s and sees a sac. so she does a transvaginal u/s and sees what she thinks is 2 sacs. or 1 sac and a pocket of fluid in the endometrium lining?? i dunno but she measures them and says they are measuing exactly the same at 5 wks. i should be 7 wks.

now i have had a 35 day cycle before but never longer than that and i got a bfp 29 days after my lmp and first hcg reading at 30, 31 days after lmp. so i guess i could be much earlier than i thought but 5 wks?? so i go in in 10 days to see if anything else develops. i am trying to not get too hopeful but i dont wanna be negative either.

but id love your honest opinons what in the heck do you guys thinks goin on? the only thing i can come up with is maybe a blighted ovum... but two blighted ovums at the same time? that would seem unlikely. either that or im just earlier than i thought in which case what is up with the numbers being all goofy. these last numbers were on track to go up 60% ish in 72 hrs. the dr said i dont need to get more bw done but omg how can i wait 10 days with no numbers or anything??!! at least if they go up real good i will have some hope and if they go down i will have a good idea whats goin on.. i have a bw slip and was considering going in anyway just for my own peace of mind.

ok so tell me what you think is happening and what should i do about the bw? i need guidance lol.

I am not good with all the numbers and when they double etc etc. However, if it was me,and I was worried and I had another blood test slip, I would use it, so I could get a better idea of what is going on. I would wait 5days ( 1/2way) and then get it done.
