I'm Currently Feeling: | No sleep? It's been three days of knowing that I am pregnant and I don't think I've slept more than an hour total! Does that go away or will my mind continue to race all night long? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks for thinking of me! I got to sleep last night until 6:15 (early for me, but later than it has been)! I took a two hour nap today during the day (one of the days I love working for myself)! Hopefully I'll be able to sleep tonight. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Havig your first baby can be an exciting, emotional and worrying time. Of course you are going to have a lot to think about, and if you are anything like me you tend to do most of your thinking when you should be trying to sleep.
Try a good soak in the bath to help you relax before you go to bed. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | The tiredness will set in, believe me! And then you will want to sleep all day and all night and nothing will keep you awake I have an easy time falling asleep, my only problem is falling back asleep after that midnight pee... Drink some mint tea before you go to bed, that always helps to relax you. |
