1st PRENATAL APPOINTMENT!!

Ok so I had my FIRST Dr.'s appointment yesterday and my Dr. is soo great!! Shes a woman and she answered all my questions... and she told me I'm exactly 5 weeks..and then went on to do a full examination.

THEN I was done... and my next appointment is Oct. 9th (in 2 weeks) when I GET MY FIRST INTERNAL ULTRASOUND!!!! I cannot WAIT!!!!! That's my first picture of the little miracle!!


Oh and by the way.. let me know if this is true... my cousin told me that someone told her that you take the AGE you CONCEIVED and then your DUE DATE and add them together..

For example.. I'm 22 and pregnant... and Im due in May (Month #5) 22+5= 27
which is an odd number.... if its ODD... its a BOY.. if its EVEN.. its a GIRL..

Is this theory correct for anyone??

Never heard of that theory before but it would be interesting to see if it works!

That is so exciting. I am 5 weeks and 1 day today. My first prenatal appointment isnt until oct 16th. Hopefully I will have pics of the little man then. Yes "little man". I have my hopes set on a boy,

wow thats great everything went well. It's so very exciting isn't it? It feels so surreal but so real at the same time.
I never heard of that theory... But if it's correct than im havin a boy.... but i'l find out tomorrow wooohoo!!!

Im due in May too! Just scheduled my first prenatal for Oct 15, but its just a nurse visit...Im eager to find out how far along I am...according to my calcs, it's 8 weeks, but I'm starting to pouch quite a bit..
