I'm going in for another blood test on Friday morning...after this morning's results I think I can hang in until then. Not only did I get a on a 50ml/u digi, but the FRER showed up the darkest it's been so far! I'm thinking this one may just have taken a few days to get kick-started. I have another FRER test too so I will probably do that before I go to the doc on Friday.

Thank all for the support, I don't know what I would do without you all!!!!

Hon - I had a doc say to me once that not all pregnancies have HCGs that start to double right away...

Looking forward to your news on Friday

I second applegirl! You have every reason to feel more confidant after results like those.

Going to the docs in 1/2 hour....things are looking good so far though, FRER lines still getting a little darker every day, so hopefully things are on the up and up! Does anyone know if HcG results can be given right away or will I have to wait? In the states, btw...

Depends on how your lab works... I had to wait a few hours for mine, but mine wasn't on priority and the lab served lots of people plus I had to wait for my doctor to be able to call me and she has a busy schedule. But I don't think the test is complicated and if you are given priority you could hear within the hour.

OK, so I got a call and HcG is up to 62 from 21 on Tuesday, so it looks like we're headed in the right direction! It's not quite as high as I would have liked to see but that seems about right? (Yes I'm asking for reassurance here

I have my first OB/GYN appt on Mon so I know they'll check them again then...phew!
