Totally normal, I asked the staff nurse at the EPAC clinic last week about it, and she said its just your uterus gearing up ready to carry all the extra weight it'll be lugging about soon.
I get dizzy too, but my hubby says I've always been dizzy, so no sympathy there! lol

aflight84 - 11 weeks im guessing as its first scan on Friday. No one can tell my term as i didnt know when my last period was (tyical dizzy blonde!). i am now suffering from what i would describe as normal period cramps but reading all this makes me think its fine but im not so sure, im going to give NHS direct a call this evening and see if they think i should go to the hospital to get checked - im probably worrying about nothing but want to put my mind at rest........

Oh I get mine on the right but pretty much never on the left... I keep forgetting to ask if that's normal, but I guess I'm not the only one so that's good!
