She willsign it and your ment to send it off ...

you should have had this at your booking in appt,you can still go and get scrips and dental treatment without your card they will claim until you get it. Bloody MW's an important thing and they omit from sorting it out!

I went to the dentist at about 30 odd weeks so I had a big bump and they never asked to see my card.
Also had to get some Gavison off the Dr and the Pharmacist never asked to see it as my bump was evidence enough for them lol.

If you do have to pay whilst waiting for you exemption card you can get some sort of receipt and you're allowed to claim it back.
