i was put on an incontinence pad lol, so if i leaked tht got binned(changed every 2 hours too) an saved teh sheets , i bled all over the bed bout 4 times tho lol, i wriggle alot! its not as if they aint used to it!
disposable knickers...can u put a maternity pad in them, as I bled really bad after madam, seeped through onto the sheets and everything. I was embarassed. Gave my mum my underwear to take home and wash as Dale hates blood!ha

yea u can hun, i wore 2 matty pads 2 begin with lol, an still needed 2 change it every hour! i loved teh fact wi disposable pants u can just bin with teh pads as needed!
