yeah, its the one thing i can eat without throwing it back up at the moment, that and rice crispies...lol

Mcflurry's and other soft scoop ice creams from ice cream vans the machines used can not be cleaned properly and can cause food poisoning. best to avoid in pregnancy.

If anyone like italian- carbanara in restraunts is made from raw egg, ask when ordering to leave this out.

hi girls yes i was told avoid anything that contain nuts these are any nuts also you should avoid unpasturised things xx

Some Ideas for Snacks
Vegetable snacks
Raw vegetables such as carrots, cauliflower, broccoli, green pepper, green beans, snow peas, and mushrooms. Eat them alone or with cheese or yogurt dips. Tomato juice or mixed vegetable juice.

Looks like it's ok although I would have thought so I did look it up a little Double check with midwife is concerned BB? I knwo I'd eat it Mmmm

its weird i am getting fancies for food now, want veg n potato wedges to dip in something...my cravings are getting healthier now though haha...and sickness is really easing off this week thank christ...thanks for checking for me honey...bxox

Herbs to Avoid During Pregnancy

Various sources have recommended avoiding the following herbs during pregnancy. These herbs should also be avoided after ovulation, in case you may be pregnant.

Barberry Bloodroot, Calamus Cascara, Sagrada Fennel Flaxseed,
Goldenseal Juniper, Lavender Licorice Root, Male Fem Mayapple,
Mistletoe Passion Flower, Pennyroyal (a strong uterine stimulant!!!),Periwinkle Poke Root Rhubarb, Sage St. John's Wort
Tansy Thyme, Wild Cherry Wormwood, Yarrow

i have read something about deli meat also.. cant remember where... has anyone else heard this?
