Humidifiers, any good?


I see alot of baby sites have humidifiers and know what they do but do you really need one or are they any good? I want to know if its a waste of money to get one or not and your oppinions. I have never had one. dont fancy wasting £40 on one that could go to something else if its all hyoe.

Ahh - got mixed up on the humidifier thing!!! I don't know alot about them - wouldn't you only need one if you had a really dry environment? We're getting dehumidifier I think if the 'double glazing' thing we're doing doesn't work as we end up with loads of condensation.

Sorry - not being much help! Hope everyone else is loads more helpful than me x

well my mates giving me a radiator humidifier which does the same job and saves me loads of money. I get dry skin . I dont know alot myself about them but will try the old fashion way before i spend money on them ones in argos.

read they can leave a lot of damp and damp irates my glands. Hummm.
