Does diet affect amino acid?

As the title says, I was wondering if what I eat affect the amino acid? Anyone know? Because my little one has a hole in his abdomen his organs are damaged by the fluid, this is me clutching at straws but was wondering whether it was possible to make it less acidic?

I know, I'm mad.

I think you might have the wrong end of the stick a little! Amino acids are what make up proteins, they're not related to how acidic any bodily fluids might be. Assuming you mean the amniotic fluid then it can be altered a little by food such as taking on some tastes from spices you eat for example but I really don't know how acidic it is. I imagine it's pH is regulated by your body anyway because the baby will need to be kept in fluid of the right pH.
