| SPD sufferers in here please....
Hi all, firstly, just a quick question, did your midwife/doctor suggest to you that you could have SPD or was it the case that you had to convince them that this is what you have? im pregnant with my second and believe i have SPD - i had the same with my first pregnancy but developed symptoms a lot later on, i did discuss them with my midwife then but she fobbed me off with the excuse i was a having a big baby. This time, the symptoms have appeared earlier and my doctor agrees that it could be SPD and im currently signed off work, problem is i have the same midwife again and am worried that she will fob me off again and that the SPD could go undiagnosed again, resulting in another awful labour! Does anyone know where i can get an example of a birth plan for someone with SPD?
