If you have a Lloyds Pharmacy close by get it, but the only good thing is the Palmer's Cocoa Butter Formula testers. I don't think I would have bothered if my aunty hadn't picked it up for me.

I really enjoyed the dvd, well, it was no eastenders but me and OH could watch it together and it prompted him to ask questions about what things felt like and start talking to my bump- for that the pack priceless to me, that free dvd made a huge difference
