Hi girls, I was just wondering if any of you have OH's who work away a lot. The obvious one is the Forces, but oil rigs, or ships etc as well I suppose. My hubby works on rotation several thousand miles away for 28 days and then comes home for 28 days. It has pluses and minuses but I just wonder how others cope (or plan to cope) with the changing routines during and maybe even after pregnancy.

I live in Lincoln, my OH works out of London, he comes to see me almost every weekend, but sometimes I work or he has to be somewhere.

Can be a bit lonely, just me the bump and my cats, especially when he can't talk on the phone. I try to tell him as much about LO's progress as I can, but it does fell like he's missing out on a lot.

We move in together in September thou, and I can't wait to all be in one house.
