travel cot?

I'm wanting a travel cot that has the following:

1) the option of a raised basinette / matress for a newborn
2) lasts until baby is about 3
3) has a changing table on top
4) a good sturdy matress as baby will sleep in here during day time nap time so it'll be used daily.

I'm trying to avoid the Graco ones purely for their price...though they do look good!

Any tips or ideas or product reviews ladies?

My FIL bought us the Graco one, honestly though I don't see us using it much, our apartment is just too small and we don't have a car of our own so chances of us traveling outside the city much is pretty much nothing. It's a very nice system though, even has a mobile, plays music, and I think the bassinet part you can set it to vibrate.
