Recommend Book About Birth

Hi all,

I was just wondering if anyone can recommend any book/s about birth which teach u breathing techniques and speak about pain reliefs etc. I know in the antenatal classes theyll cover these topics but i choose not to go to the classes, i rather read it and have it there for me to refer to and practise things such as breathing techniques with my husband or mum (thankfully my mum has a lot of birthing experience).

so your recommendations and advise please ...

Ina May's is great.

I like Dr. Sear's guide to childbirth as well.

Birthing from Within is also really good, especially for working through any birht fears.
