Pregnancy Fitness


I have been trying to find good resources for fitness during my pregnancy. I was working out very hard before my pregnancy & wanted to continue but found that the resources available were pitiful. My doctor seemed way to cautious to my mind but still managed to put fear in me about pushing too hard.

That said, I found this site today & it is the best, most detailed information I've seen on the subject so far. http://www.befitmom.com/index.html Of course, there is a book & dvd they are trying to sell but there is still a wealth of comprehensive, well -explained info.
