Hypnosis for Birth

I've been looking for some self-hypnosis material for labor and delivery. I assisted a friend a few years ago with her labor and the midwife had a hypnosis tape and it helped my friend so much I really wanted to try it myself. Most of the self-study programs I found are way out of my price range. I even tried eBay.

I am so happy tonight- I found inexpensive downloads- you can even use pepsi points! They have samples and it all sounds pretty good. I'm excited about it and thought I would share

I used hypnosis cd's during my both my pregnancies, I think they really helped me keep calm and focused. Highly recomend them to anyone.
