Short of breath?

Im 19 weeks gone and for the last two weeks I've been finding it difficult to breath after Ive been out for a hour or more to the point where im having to bend over because I cant stand no more and start getting white lights infront of my eyes Im wondering if anyone else has had this?

I know I need to go to the doctors bit afraid to walk down tho!

get to your docs as these could be signs that u are low on iron or even pre-eclempsia as I think the white lights are associated with this. It could just be that you are low in iron as I was too (& still am) I was also experiencing shortness of breath, white lights & even dizziness, its a really awful feeling I still get it from time to time even though i'm still on my iron tabs though I think its now mostly to do with the baby pushing up my diaphragm!! x

I agree get it checked out.

I get white lights like firework stars flashing all about me if i bend down or get up to quick and that is from low blood pressure, similar symptoms to high.
It could be that the breathlessness is causing it, like if you blow up a balloon and get dizzy, and the breathing thing is because your body is working that much harder for you and the baby.
Just run it past your doctor, let them check it out and put your mind at rest, also if you know it is normal and nothing to worry about it may calm down a bit, i used to get panic attacks and i made them worse by worrying i was going to get one!
