I think it is all the sudden things to be insecure about; as if girls needed to feel more insecure!

I do worry about things in the furture and keep having dreams where I can't manage but about two weeks ago I started to really relax; I think I saw bambino at our 4D scan and just reassesed what it is all about!

You are not alone though; I think the fact that so many people feel like that is helpful, people do understand...

Hope you feel better soon

I have also been so depressed whilst being pregnant. I thought I would love being pregnant but I am such a moody old cow! Have been signed off work for a few weeks as I couldn't cope with anything at work and kept bursting into tears at the drop of a hat. Starting to feel a bit better though so hoping to get back to work soon.

I hope you start feeling a bit brighter and a lot of people do feel like this - apparently 10% of women get antenatal depression.

I was suffering with horrid depression until about 22 weeks. Then it just sorta...left. Dunno why. There are meds that your doc can put you on, so make sure you discuss it with them. I hope you start feeling better!

I got awfully depressed before I was 17 weeks. I wouldnt go out, eat or even get up. i think it was just hormones because it just lifted.
