Question

Nettle tea - safe to drink?

Does anyone know if you can drink nettle tea whilst pregnant?
I've tried to look into it but keep finding raspberry leaf and other types but not nettle
It's a super tea and I've drunk it for ages to help reduce inflammation from my rheumatoid arthritis and don't know how I've forgotten it till now. I gave it up at 5 weeks in a panic in case it wasn't safe and forgot to check.
Thanks

Yep, it's safe. I actually have a tea for pregnant mums and it's got nettle in it. YUM!
