Does anyone know if you can drink nettle tea whilst pregnant? I've tried to look into it but keep finding raspberry leaf and other types but not nettle It's a super tea and I've drunk it for ages to help reduce inflammation from my rheumatoid arthritis and don't know how I've forgotten it till now. I gave it up at 5 weeks in a panic in case it wasn't safe and forgot to check. Thanks
