I don't understand, is epidural the only pain relief you can get at your hospital? No gas&air or anything?

Its the same in Germany - Epidural or nothing They do have something similar to the Meptid injection which is a muscle relaxant...but thats it!.....I was dreading not having Gas and Air when pregnant with Frankie, but everything happened that fast there was no time for anything in the end.
.......Which is one of several reasons I have sworn never again!
