ok it really hurts my back the bottom of my belly the pain is hard to explain it really hurts. bub was really active this moring now she is just in sleep mode so i don`t know but it hurts

I am not sure what to tell you love. Maybe try laying down for a bit, and see if that helps. I get all kinds of pains, it sucks.

Bath maybe? lying on your left side... Try to relax. I have pretty bad pelvic/back/hip pain, bath helps a little.
