It's possible to get symptoms before a BFP, and actually, most women do, which is how they know they are pregnant. With my first I got symptoms at about 2 weeks and didn't get a BFP until 4 weeks. With this pregnancy I got symptoms at 4 weeks and the next day I got a BFP.

I was expecting to get pregnant and didn't test until I was nearly 7 weeks. I had symptons including tiredness, mood swings and constant cramping which led my OH to think I might be pregnant. I didn't get any nausea etc until over 8 weeks though.

I think it varies from person to person what symptons you get and how early but I would think lots of women get symptons before they actually test.

I had symptoms before I tested @ 4 weeks. I had my first craving (for Lifesavers candy) when I was only around 3 weeks.

I had symptoms before my BFP, I had a large amount of bloating, went of some foods and a heightened sense of smell. I kept testing and getting negatives plus had what were growing pains but I thought were period pains at the time. It was annoying thinking I was pregnant and it taking so long to get the BFP though.

I found out really early, 3+5 (i think) but after ttc for so long i think i actually became addicted to testing lol. I do remember feeling a teeny bit queasy when i woke up on the day i tested, but it wasn't what prompted me to test, so i don't think i had any early symptoms. At about 5 weeks one of my first symptoms was the smell of my shampoo making me sick in the shower when i was washing my hair. I've had to change my shampoo and conditioner soooo many times since i've been pg because so many of them still make me gip xx

I developed the Montgomery Tubercles the week before I got my BFP (along with a few other symptoms), I was sure I was pregnant because it was the first time I'd had any symptoms in the whole 21 months of TTC.

I think it depends how much attention you have focused on TTC how early you'd notice the symptoms, but I'd believe your pal

I would defiantly agree with this statement!

The first time I got pregnant I was walking round the supermarket and turned to my husband and said "you gave me your cold, I feel sick and crappy!" and then said how the washing power smelled so strong and was making me gag, my husband just turned and said "Don't you think we should get a test?"! We was trying but I was not expecting it the first month of trying so it did not even click. With my second m/c it took ages for me to work it out (2-3 months) but that may have been because the whole thing was a bit confusing as a whole. But this time I knew well before I got a BFP and I think it was because I was half expecting for it to happen the first month and knew what to look out for and and was waiting eagerly.

id say at about 3 weeks i had my first inkling! i went on a sex rampage :/ and i just thought... gosh i feel really different, maybe im pregnant??
then after that the chronic tiredness kicked in, then the AF didnt show up, i dont think i actually did a test until about 9 weeks, i only really did it for the novelty! i didnt need a stick to tell me i was pregnant!

I wasnt TTC or planning to get PG but I had episodes of nausea and sickness before I tested. I tested before AF was due, probably at about 3+5 and was being sick just a few days before that. So yes, it is possible.

I got my BFP when I was about 2 and a half weeks and I only tested because I knew I was pregnant. Wasn't TTC and didn't know I was late because I didn't track my periods.
