i'm vegetarian so it turns my stomach but yes you can eat it. It doesn't say anywhere you can't. enjoy x

black pudding is a clot of cows blood that you fry?? I think.

Black pudding or blood pudding is a sausage made by cooking animal blood with a filler until it is thick enough to congeal when cooled. (i googled it lol)
