I got it at Sears, it was 50 dollars.
There are 2 bags. The one inside can be taken out and it has a changing pad, a bottle baggy and a plastic container for wipes all inside. I love it.

i had the eeyore one for my first dautgher , but this time will use the bag that came with my pram. Looks nice enough
