see gender at ultrasound w. 13+6?

you'll see a "nub" but still very hard to make out whether going tobe a girl or a boy.

oh okay, so no high hopes there, ah well i suppose i can wait another month or two til the next ultrasound after that one

you cant really see until at least 16w so you'll have to wait till 20w scan im afraid

Nope its very unlikely that even an experienced sonographer would be able to tell so early hun x

No. You can't tell the external organs yet until 16 weeks. I had a u/s at 16 weeks with my son and she said it was a boy, but it was still a shot in the dark.

i dont like waiting but thanks for reply ladies, better to know than to come to the ultrasound with a bit of expectations to find out the gender!

The gender is only just fully formed at 12wks , but isn't clear enough til around 18wks + really, especially if its a girl which is harder anyway.

When i went up to be checked at 15wks the doc said he would try to check but it would be unlikely to see but that it can sometimes, But nope nothing til i was 20wk ish x

There will be a nub and based off its angel you can make an educated guess on the gender of the baby. But that's the best you'll get at 13 wks.
