Unhappy

Can't sleep...


And its driving me nuts!!!! It seems as though my body just won't let me do it!!! It's getting harder and harder to actually get up for work, because by the time I actually get comfortable and fall asleep, its 4 or 5am, and I have to wake up an hour and a half later.

Isn't there anything I can do to help me sleep??????? I'm going nuts!!!!

I don't know how to help really but I get this too.

I sleep but not for long and keep waking up. I have found sort of tricking my body helps. I think the more you want to fall asleep, the less you can so I find if I just lay on the sofa watching TV rather than going to bed, I drift off. Then when I wake up I go to bed and normally sleep quite quickly.

Even so that method has not been working so well lately. I'm finding it hard to even switch off in the evenings enough to fall asleep on the sofa & find I'm having to force myself.

I have a warm glass of milk and a nice hot bath which helps me, not watching tv for a while before you go bed also helps
