Have you got any letters with your nearest office on? I sent mine to the place that awarded my is.

no but i did ask at job center and she said to send it to nottingham, so im guessing this is right? that do i put on envalope, sure start maternity grant? or social fund maternity grant lol

My SS grant application form says "Send or take this form to JobCentre Plus. You can find the phone number & address in the business section of the phone book. Look under Jobcentre Plus".

Not sure if that helps you - because I'm claiming the grant on the basis of my OH being on JSA, we're submitting ours to his JobCentre Plus (where he signs on).

i just want to get it sorted asap lol, sent one off 4weeks ago they lost my form,need the money asap so i can get me pram =[ before lil un arrives in 6weeks lol

when i printed mine off it told u on last sheet i think where you sent it to.

section near back says "what to do now"

Tells u there, take to jobcentre or post it to jobcentre
