Omg I wanted cookies so bad the other day and made these and just had to share cause from start to mouth it only takes about 25 min.

1 strawberry cake box mix
1/2 cup oil
2 eggs

That's it! Mix together form into balls and press down (I made mine bite size) cook 10-15 min @ 350 degree f.

...just watch so they don't turn brown at bottom....then I sprinkled powdered sugar on tops....they are great and fast for a cookie fix.

Uh-oh don't tell me that! I'm just able to eat sweets again and I fear I might go a bit overboard! lol Sounds good though... might have to give it a try anyway
