Hello everyone.

At my 20 week scan they found an echogenic foci. They said this was probably nothing to worry about and is normally gone but birth but that it has been linked to conditions such as downs syndrome. They didn't do an amnio though as they said no other markers were seen on my scan, my age is good (23) and my triple test results are very low (5113 I think). Even so I can't help but worry.

Has anyone else had this? Apparently it's fairly common, 1-2% of all babies scanned.
