Hang on while I check the diary ... I had to phone the Health Ed team and book myself onto these, all happening at St Marys.

29/09 (wk35) - 2 hrs A/N
05/10 - tour of labour wards
06/10 (wk36) - 2 hrs A/N
13/10 (wk37) - 2 hrs A/N
21/10 (wk38) - 2 hrs BF clinic

Having just looked at those, I must ask again at the Placenta Clinic about the chance that they'll induce/deliver me early due to Beanie's growth problems (if he's still small). Strikes me as they're all a little late on, I could be delivered during those 4 weeks

In some areas you get them and I believe they've just started offering them here too but we were at that stage before they brought them in so missed out.

I'm going to try booking classes for September as non run in August. I want them done before i'm 26 weeks ideally as you never know.

Oxford PCT (I will just include the normal care stuff not the early high risk team stuff)

4 weeks - GP appointment to confirm pregnancy and get referred to high risk team.
9 weeks - booking appointment with midwife.
12 weeks - dating scan/nuchal scan (we didnt have the nuchal).
16 weeks - midwife appointment.
20 weeks - anomoly scan.
21 weeks - consultant appointment.
25 weeks - GP check up.
28 weeks - midwife appointment, consultant appointment, growth scan.
31 weeks - GP check up.
34 weeks - midwife appointment.
36 weeks - midwife check up, consultant appointment, growth scan.
38 weeks - GP check up.
40 weeks - midwife appointment.

Saw GP @ 9 weeks (local sugury)
CMW booking appointment @ 11 weeks (local birth centre)
12 week scan @ 13 weeks (surgury in next nearest town)
16 week CMW appointment @ 16 weeks (local birth centre)
GP check-up appointment @ 19 weeks (local surgury)
20 week scan @ 20 weeks (main hospital in nearest city)
Saw GP for 25 week check-up @ 27 weeks (local sugury)
28 week CMW appointment @ 28 weeks (local birth centre)
Then....
GP check-up @ 31 weeks
CMW appointments @ 34, 36, 38 & 40 weeks...

I saw MW @ GP's when LO was estimated 7wks

Maternity Notes - expected visits and locations:
12 wks MW Home visit / Blood tests at home / Dating scan @ Hosp
20 wks Anatomy scan @ Hosp
21 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
28 wks MW @ Childrens Centre / Blood tests at Childrens Centre
31 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
34 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
36 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
38 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
40 wks MW @ Childrens Centre
41 wks MW @ Childrens Centre

4 x antenatal classes lasting 1hrs 30 each ('Labour and Natural methods of Pain Relief', 'Medical Methods of Pain Relief', 'Postnatal-life after birth' and 'Breast feeding')
1 x relaxation and breathing class

5 weeks - saw GP to inform of pregnancy
11 weeks - booking in appointment with CMW at GP's surgery
12 weeks - dating scan at hospital
17 weeks - CMW
19 weeks - CMW (this was extra as I was very anxious)
21 weeks - CMW
21 weeks - anomoly scan
24 weeks - CMW
28 weeks - CMW
28 weeks - GTT at hospital (only if needed)
31 weeks - CMW
34 weeks - CMW
36 weeks - CMW
38 weeks - CMW
39 weeks - CMW (another extra appointment)
40 weeks - CMW (if no baby yet)
41 weeks - hospital mw appointment if still no baby to discuss induction

also 4 x 2hr antenatal classes, which for me were between 33-36 weeks and included parentcraft, breastfeeding and tour of the labour and postnatal wards

I also had 2 appointments at the hospital with the perinatal mental health worker and a psychiatrist, at approx 19 weeks and 36 weeks

It's beginning to look like 8-10 hours of Antenatal is about the average then!
