quite a few of us have yucky colds at the moment

please can u give us your remedies?

not really a remedy, but the only thing my pharmacist would give me was a salt water nasal spray / wash thing.
Tasted horrid, but it helped clear my sinuses enough so I could sleep and recover!!

Also avoid milky drinks - they increase the amount of goo in your head.....

I've been living on RobitussinDM, Tylenol, Sudafed Nasal Decongestant, a humidifier with the inhalant stuff in it and Vicks Chest Rub. Feel Better Everyone!

im really suffering at the mo with such a bad cold, i do use the vicks vapour rub but its that bad i cant even smell it lmao, ive just been eating lots of fruit to try and help me get better xxxx
