Really freaking out

I just need to write this down because Im not allowed to say anything to anyone in my real life yet. I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO SCARED :scared:
I don't know if I can do this, physically, mentally, money wise. We have 5 kids(1 together, 4 from his last marriage), I wish we had been more careful. To late now though.Does anyone on this board have 6 kids? Were going to be the Brady Bunch! I really need someone to talk to. But we decided not to say anything in til talking to the doctor, and making sure its safe, also because we don't want to take away any lime light from my brother, his gf is going to be induced on Wed, and my best friend is due in a week. Im stressed to the MAX lol

Big honey. It must be quite daunting. I have no idea what its like at all, I only have one. I think you're super mum having 5 kids already, if you can manage that you'll have no problems with another one. I know it must be scary though.

hope you're ok hun

xxx

Do I sound horrible for worrying what people will think of us for having so many? People love to give me dirty looks when Im with all of Brad's kids...I think it must be because the oldest is almost 14 and Im 26 ...sigh

Don't give people that power over you.
It's a reflection of their own rude and judgemental behaviour if they look down their nose at you. Nothing answers that rudeness better than a serene and pleasant demeanor.
You know that you have a blended family. You have perfectly good reasons for having the family size you do. And it's your business, at the end of the day. They don't get to comment!
I, for one, think you are terriffic! It's not easy guiding and nurturing that many chicks. You and your husband are fantastic for giving those children a secure, loving home with lots of siblings to grow and play and share with.
Plenty of people with smaller families don't manage to do that.
And don't panic! These things always work themselves out. Just don't forget to ask for help if you need it, particularly from the older kids.

Try not to think about what people think. I was a bit nervous too, because we conceived this little man when Erica was only like almost 9 months... But at the end of the day all that matters is your family and that you are all happy.

It's perfectly do-able; my mum had ten kids! three grew up with their dad on the other side of the country though (Paxton is one of those three), but she raised the other seven of us herself. And I turned out fine! *insanity twitch*

In all seriousness though, having six kids is totally doable, and there are families out there with more than that. If one's already 14, then it's easier too. My youngest brother was born when I was thirteen (he calls me "mummy" sometimes, lol) and I was always eager to help out. I'm sure you'll do fine.
