I'm Currently Feeling:

I personally think it's every women's duty to breast feed, or to try. Ideas about saggy boobs etc are just selfish. The benefits of breast feeding are huge. Even if it hurts I'm going to try. If I can't I can't but at least I'll have given it a good try.

The World Health Organization recomends we breast feed exclusively (i.e. no other food, except medicines and water) for the first 6 months. They say that our milk contains all baby needs. So I'll be aiming for 6 months, maybe longer

Why buy man made formular when we can breast feed super-healthy milk for free?!
