So I'm almost into the second trimester. And for about the last week, every morning when I wake up it feels like I did a major abdominal workout. My stomach feels sooo sore all over! Not just my uterus- but all of it. I'm not necessarily worried, just curious. I toss and turn a lot at night, but I doubt that could strain it. Do ya think it's just from my tum getting stretched?
I have felt the same thing, like I have done loads of crunches. I am assuming that it is just the muscles stretching and adjusting to the new weight that is suddenly coming up against them.
