I want to use products that don't contain sodium lauryl sulphate or sodium laureth sulphate on my baby, which means avoiding a lot of mainstream brands like Johnson's, etc.
Does anyone know which brands don't use these chemicals? I only know of Burt's Bees so far (Boots website isn't helpful as many products don't list the ingredients).
we use daniel galvin junior (DGJ) shampoo and conditioner on my dd they smell gorgeous and leave her hair looking lovely

Hi,
I think i am beingf a bit dense, what are the issues with sodium lauryl sulphate products?
Is this chemical in most products!
God, there are so many dangers to think about! Ahhhhh! A life of worry here we come!
Sorry if this is a stupid question or answered elsewhere?!
Thanks.

I am not obsessive about chemicals but while my baby is young and developing fast, I want to keep things as natural as I can.

I agree ... I've bought some Green people stuff (always use it for us anyway), JASON's stuff is good but not sure they do baby stuff? I often order from these people http://www.mollycoddlesofrochester.co.uk/shop/
they do a good range of different brands and I've always found them to be really quick and efficient.
sometimes it's hard to resist when things like johnsons / boots or supermarkets own brand are on sale etc ... not saying I will be rigid about it but I tend to buy the 'natural' sls-free brands for us most of the time so i'll just be sticking to that.
